Package floors

Exterior wash and protection starts at $8 per linear foot: hull and topside wash, salt treatment, waterline (as specified), glass, spot-free rinse, and a marine sealant. Interior-only work starts at $6 per foot. The Gold complete package (interior plus exterior) starts at $11 per foot.

Length is measured the way you already think about the boat — not a surprise “we measured the trailer too” game. Condition still moves the number.

When boats cost more than the menu

Chalked gelcoat needs compound and polish. Tea-stained waterlines, teak, neglected vinyl, and in-water access (tide, lift, marina rules) add labor. A pontoon with filthy fences is not the same hour-count as a well-kept center console of the same length.

Marine ceramic coating is an add-on with its own prep. It is the right spend if you want salt to rinse instead of bake into faded resin all summer.

Marina vs driveway

We work at Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, and north-bay marinas as well as home lifts and trailers. Marina vendor rules and slip access can affect schedule more than price. Tell us the facility name when you book.

Compare packages on the pricing page or request a quote with photos of the hull in the sun — shade photos hide oxidation.

FAQs

Do you charge by the foot for pontoons?

Yes, we still start from length, then adjust for fence, logs, and interior condition. Pontoons are often more work than a runabout of the same number.

Is bottom paint or below-the-waterline work included?

Standard mobile details are topside and above-the-waterline unless we agree otherwise. Bottom work is a different scope.
