Water and power
Most jobs use a hose bib at the house, marina, or lot. If water is limited or metered, say so on the quote form. We will tell you what we can bring and whether the job still fits.
We are not a surprise generator show. If we need shore power or a specific circuit, it is in the confirmation — not a 7 a.m. knock.
Access we need
Space to work around the RV or boat, gate codes, HOA or marina vendor rules, and a legal place to park the support vehicle. Lifts and docks need a safe path for hoses and pads. Send a photo if the driveway is tight.
You do not have to stay the whole time if we can reach the vehicle and you have approved the scope. Many owners leave for work after a walkthrough.
How long you should block
A typical RV exterior is 4–8 hours depending on size and condition. Boats vary with interior work and oxidation. Ceramic coating is measured in days because of prep and cure — not a same-morning wash.
Book a few days ahead in Tampa; longer before holidays and launch weekends. Licensed and insured paperwork is available when a marina or HOA asks.

Do I need to be home?
Not for the entire job if we have access and a way to reach you. We still want a start-of-day confirmation of the scope.
What if it rains?
Florida storms happen. We reschedule wash and coating work that cannot be done safely or to spec. Maintenance windows are confirmed the day before when weather is unstable.
